Statement From Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,C,I,Ref- Canandaigua) On Christmas

"The Christmas season is one of celebration, hope and charity. It is a time to reflect on what is important to us in the company of those we care about. It is a time for perspective. I hope each of you take time to embrace all the season has to offer and enjoy a peaceful and restful holiday break.

Each holiday season, I am constantly in awe of New Yorkers' generosity. The true meaning of Christmas is one of goodwill and sharing. As a New Yorker, I am proud that we all take time to lift each other up and strengthen our communities. I am humbled by this collective spirit of giving. You have my sincere thanks.

And, as you go about celebrating this season, be sure to be mindful of the winter weather. On behalf of my entire family, I wish each of you a safe and joyous Christmas."
