| Enacts "campaign financing reform act of 2001" to reform electoral campaign financing and to facilitate voter registration, provides for optional partial public financing of certain election campaigns in this state and for contribution limitations and local campaign finance disclosure applicable to candidates for the office of mayor, public advocate, comptroller and borough president in the city of New York. |
