Assemblywoman Catherine Nolan Attends the Court Square Civic Association Education Panel

On Thursday January 19, Assemblywoman Catherine Nolan attended the Court Square Civic Association monthly meeting and participated in an educational panel. The panel which featured many education stakeholders in the District 30 and Long Island Community spoke on many issues including class size, funding and after school programs.
“Thank you to Amadeo Plaza and the Court Square Civic Association for inviting me to participate on this wonderful informative panel” said Assemblywoman Catherine Nolan. “I look forward to working with all educational groups including the Community Education Council (CEC) 30, Gantry Parents Association and the Court Square Civic Association to ensure that our students continue to receive a fair, basic education that prepares them for college and the workforce”.
The Education panel consisted of Deborah Alexander of CEC 30, Becky Barnes of the Court Square Civic Association/Gantry Parents Association and Kadie Black of the Gantry Parents Association.
