Blankenbush Named to Leadership Positions

Assemblyman Ken Blankenbush (R,C,I-Black River) has been reappointed as Ranking Minority Member of the Assembly Agriculture Committee and will also take on a new role as Chairman of the Minority Joint Conference Committee. This new role is a significant position within the New York State Assembly.

Appointed by Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,C,I,Ref-Canadaigua), Blankenbush will serve as a representative of the Assembly Minority Conference at joint conference events held by the Legislature.

“I am honored the Leader has placed his trust in me with the appointment to this position, and I look forward to fulfilling my duties to the absolute best of my ability,” said Blankenbush. “This role will give me a voice for residents across New York, so I can continue to advocate for lowering taxes, creating meaningful new jobs, and improving the economic climate of the state.”
