Pictured above (left to right) are Assemblyman Will Barclay (R,C,I—Pulaski), ARISE consumer and former Assembly intern Michael Moss, ARISE Manager of Independent Living Services James Karasek, and Sabine Ingerson, Director of Oswego County ARISE.
Participants from ARISE created artwork for the 2014 ‘UNIQUE Art Exhibit’, and a selection of those works are currently on display outside of Assemblyman Barclay’s office at the Oswego County Building at 200 N. 2nd Street in Fulton. Through the use of art and expression, the exhibit promotes the artistic vision of individuals with developmental disabilities. Barclay said he was pleased to commend the talents of these men and women and offer his support for the organization’s purpose.
