Assemblywoman Catherine Nolan Celebrates African American History at Astoria Houses

Assemblywoman Nolan joined NYC Councilman Costa Constantinides and NYS Senator Michael Gianaris in celebrating Black History Month by honoring several individuals at Astoria Houses.

It was a pleasure to be together with Costa, Senator Michael Gianaris, Borough President Melinda Katz and many other leaders at Astoria Houses.”
