Stec Named To Prestigious NYS Farm Bureau “Circle Of Friends”
Assemblyman Dan Stec (R,C,I-Queensbury) today announced that he has been named to the New York Farm Bureau’s prestigious 2017 “Circle of Friends,” for his support of New York agriculture and local Farm Bureaus.
The New York Farm Bureau’s Circle of Friends legislative award is based upon a member’s voting record on issues of importance to New York’s agriculture community, as well as other evidence of support during the legislative session. Membership is reserved for only those who actively support the farm families of New York and is renewed at the end of each legislative session.
“I am very grateful to have been named to the New York Farm Bureau’s Circle of Friends list,” said Stec. “I take pride in my continued support of New York’s agriculture industry and family farms. They play a crucial role in the local economies of the North Country and throughout all of Upstate New York. I look forward to continuing to support New York’s agricultural industry in the coming session; the success of our farmers directly affects the success of New York as a whole.”
