Assemblyman Ed Ra (R-Franklin Square) was named last week to City & State’s 40 Under 40 Rising Star list, which is an annual ranking of politicians, media members, staffers, lobbyists and the politically connected inside Albany’s sphere. The honorees will be recognized at a special reception in Albany later this month as well as in a special edition of City & State.

“I am extremely proud and honored to be named a 40 Under 40 Rising Star,” Ra said. “It is special to be mentioned alongside so many important individuals involved in state government who do selfless and extraordinary work for their neighbors, constituents and taxpayers of our state.
