“I was astounded to see the Majority had rejected Gov. Cuomo’s proposal, which would increase fines for individuals who pass a stopped school bus and authorize school districts to establish a school bus camera program. This is a simple measure which would increase the safety of our children. I hope the Majority will join the Senate and governor in supporting this proposal during budget negotiations."
