"I'm from Kings County… 120,000 people were taken off the rolls right before the 2016 Presidential Primary Election. How does the State Board of Elections make sure that folks were given either the proper notice that they were going to be removed from the polls, that the board itself had gone through the necessary steps to make sure that that person had in fact actually moved or died or had not voted in such a long period of time and been given notice… that they would be removed from the polls-how do you check on all of those processes," asked Assemblymember Robert Carroll of NYS Board of Elections Co-Executive Director Robert A.
