Assemblymember Bichotte Joins Flatbush Stands Together to Show Solidarity with Charlottesville

Brooklyn, NY – Monday evening, August 21st, many residents from Flatbush came together to show their solidarity with the people of Charlottesville and say, "Hate Has No Home Here."

"I have the great fortune of representing an incredibly diverse district," said Assemblymember Rodneyse Bichotte. "It was amazing to look around and see how so many people from so many races, ethnicities, religions, and all walks of life came together to show unity with each other, but also their support and sorrow for the people in Charlottesville. I would really like to thank all of the groups that came together to organize this vigil and hope to see more of this type of unified civic engagement in the future."
