Pheffer Amato Distributes PPE, and Census Information Throughout District

South Queens, New York – Last Friday, Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato (D-South Queens) distributed hundreds of masks, gallons of hand sanitizer, and information about the census throughout her district. The materials were distributed to the Nativity BVM Church in Ozone Park, the St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Church, and Food Pantry in Far Rockway, and at a census sign up event in Bayswater.

“As churches, temples, mosques and other houses of worship open more in Phase Three, I want to make sure I’m doing my part to help people participate,” Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato said. “Additionally, it was great to partner with the Rockaway Nassau Safety Patrol to go to undercounted communities in my district and talk about the census – we need to get counted to make our voices heard!”

Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato has distributed gallons of hand sanitizer, and hundreds of masks to various religious institutions, businesses, and individuals across her district.
