Barclay Speaks Out Against Draft Call-In Pay Regulations

Assemblyman Will Barclay (R,C,I,Ref-Pulaski) recently wrote in opposition to the new employee scheduling regulation known as “call-in” pay during the Department of Labor’s public comment session. Barclay submitted the letter to the commissioner expressing concern that the newly proposed regulation would hurt the Upstate economy.

“This poorly-vetted call-in pay proposal is detached from the realities of the marketplace and will only further challenge an already struggling economy,” said Barclay.
