Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb Announces Committee, Leadership Positions
Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,C,I,Ref-Canandaigua) today released the full list of committee and leadership positions for the 2019 Legislative Session.
“The work of committees often goes unnoticed, but is an integral part of the legislative process and central to the operations of the Chamber,” Leader Kolb said. “I know that the members of our Conference will continue to be diligent and vocal in their committees, and I look forward to working alongside my leadership team throughout the 2019 Legislative Session.”
Among the appointments announced today, William Barclay (R,C,I,Ref-Pulaski) has been named Ranking Minority Member of the Committee on Ways & Means. Assemblyman Barclay has served as the Ranking Minority Member of the Committee on Insurance since 2005. In addition, he was a member of the Committees on Energy, Judiciary, Rules and Ways & Means in 2017.
