Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and Ways and Means Committee Chairman Herman D. Farrell, Jr. today announced the release of the Assembly's Statistical and Narrative Summary of the Executive Budget.

Known also as the "Yellow Book," the report released today analyzes Gov. Andrew Cuomo's $132.5 billion SFY 2012-2013 Executive Budget Proposal. The Yellow Book is available online.
