Eligibility: City University. A certificate or report must be filed with the Office of the State Comptroller, State
Director of the Budget, City Director of Management and Budget, Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee
and the Chairman of the Assembly Ways and Means Committee.
Type of Program and Special Restrictions: Mandated, required by State law. Payment of debt issuance
and service costs for City University facilities.

costs.
