The New York Public Library's Central Library Plan contains several significant changes, including the proposed sale of the Mid-Manhattan Library Branch and the Science, Industry, and Business Library (SIBL) as well as a major renovation of the landmark Stephen A. It is important that the reply form be fully completed and returned so that persons may be notified in the event of emergency postponement or cancellation.

Oral testimony will be limited to 10 minutes' duration.
