An act to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to
authorizing free fishing, hunting, and trapping licenses for qualified
hunting instructors
PURPOSE OR GENERAL IDEA OF BILL:
Provides free hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses for volunteer
instructors.
SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS:
Section 1 - Amends subdivision 2 of section 11-0715 of the environmental
conservation law to grant free hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses
to a resident duly qualified and designated by the department
Section 2 - Establishes the effective date.
