| Relates to extending for four years the partial abatement of real property taxes on residential real property classified as class two pursuant to section 1802 of the real property tax law and held in the cooperative or condominium form of ownership in a city having a population of one million or more; directs the city of New York to present a plan to the legislature, no later than July 1, 2005, containing recommendations to address the disparity in real property taxation between residential real property in class one and residential real property in class two held in the cooperative or condominium form of ownership. |
