Amends Section 15-1503 of the environmental conservation law to require
certain information be reported and published on the DEC website.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ORIGINAL AND AMENDED VERSION (IF APPLICABLE):

The public should be afforded increased transparency by being able to
easily access the results of well monitoring, as well as, maximum pump-

the DEC website.
