Assembly Resolution No. 446

Establishing a plan setting forth an itemized
list of grantees for a certain appropriation for
the 2021-22 state fiscal year for grants in aid for
services and expenses of the education department,
human services organizations, criminal justice
organizations and municipal entities, health
programs and providers, veterans' organizations
services, older adults programs, the Joseph P. Dwyer
Veteran Peer-to-Peer Pilot Program, and the Edward
Byrne Memorial Grant
RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by moneys appropriated in
section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2021 which enacts the aid to
localities grants in aid to certain school districts, public libraries
and not-for-profit institutions. Such funds shall be apportioned
pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the
amount received by each, or the methodology for allocating such
appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the approval of the speaker
of the assembly and the director of the budget and thereafter shall be
included in a resolution calling for the expenditure of such monies,
which resolution must be approved by a majority vote of all members
elected to the Assembly upon a roll call vote, in accordance with the
following schedule:
