| Requires every person and entity mandated to make reports to the statewide central register of child abuse and maltreatment, to report to such register any person who has previously been adjudicated to have abused or neglected a child when such person is a pregnant woman, resides with a pregnant woman, is a parent of a child or resides with a parent with a child; in the case of such a pregnant woman or person residing with a pregnant woman, the office of children and family service shall advise all local hospitals of the identity of such pregnant woman and such birth shall be monitored by such office. |
