“We’ve been hearing the same speech for the last eight years telling us how prosperous New York has become. Apparently the one million residents who have fled our state in last 10 years didn’t get the memo.
“Gov. Cuomo has embraced a radical vision that includes more nanny-state control like a ban on plastic grocery bags, tighter gun control policies and more handouts to illegal aliens – none of which address upstate’s struggling middle class which continues to erode.
           “I will fight tooth and nail to see that the governor’s radical policies do not become law, and continue the push for a more equitable property-tax system, increased infrastructure investment upstate and an end to government corruption – something the governor continues to ignore, even in his own administration.”
