Brook-Krasny Attends Police Memorial, Calls for Justice for Fallen Officers

Yesterday, Assemblyman Alec Brook-Krasny (R,C–Coney Island, Bay Ridge) attended the annual Police Memorial in Albany to honor the officers across the state who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their communities. The event brought together lawmakers from both the state Assembly and Senate, along with Gov. Kathy Hochul.

Brook-Krasny said he is grateful to attend the memorial each year and remains committed to standing with the men and women in uniform who work every day to keep New Yorkers safe.

“Every year, law enforcement officers across our state make the ultimate sacrifice to keep us safe, and far too often, Albany looks the other way,” said Brook-Krasny. “Real action is more than stump speeches and talking points. We owe it to the families of fallen officers to do better and protect our men and women in blue. It’s time for Albany to back our police and support the families of those lost in the line of duty.”
