Rather than passing legislation to lower taxes and generate incentives to live in New York, many state legislators prioritize bills like free education for illegals and free tablets for convicts. I have consistently fought for common-sense tax reform to cut taxes and improve life in upstate New York, and I hope Tax Freedom Day will prompt each state legislator to take action on this issue.”
