Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara will continue his tradition of riding the school bus on the first day of school, this year joined by the new Superintendent of Schenectady City Schools, Dr. Carlos Cotto. The Assemblyman and Dr. Cotto will be on board to welcome students as they head to Van Corlaer Elementary School, offering a unique opportunity to engage with the community and support a safe and successful start to the school year.
