Mia Taylor is a seven-year-old from Peru who has made it her mission to spread love through art by sending birthday and holiday cards to disabled and elderly members of the North Country community. Assemblyman Billy Jones (D-Chateaugay Lake) is surprising Mia with a New York State Assembly Citation and some items from her WishList to help Mia continue to spread love.
