“After pushing for policies and changes at the US-Canada border the past couple of years, it is good news that the United States has officially lifted the COVID-19 vaccine requirement for crossing the Canadian border,” said Assemblyman Billy Jones (D-Chateaugay Lake). “This will finally bring us back to normalcy at the border so that we can continue to see our Canadian friends and neighbors return to the North Country after years of separation. I look forward to welcoming more of our neighbors to the North back to our region and seeing them patronize our local businesses.”
