Cuomo has announced that the scholarships will immediately be funded. I am proud to be a part of the Minority Conference who brought this injustice into the public eye and stands in support of our fallen soldiers. Our military servicemen and women who have lost their lives deserve to be honored by providing these opportunities to their children. It’s a small gesture for all they have sacrificed.”
