ALLEGANY – Assemblyman Joe Sempolinski will hold a town hall meeting Monday, June 29, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Village of Allegany Municipal Building, 106 East Main Street, Allegany.

Assemblyman Sempolinski said he wants to share what is going on in Albany at the town hall and hear the concerns of residents first-hand.

“Talking to people in the district and hearing their concerns is the most important part of my job,” Assemblyman Sempolinski said. “Like most upstate communities, Allegany faces challenges imposed by Albany. I’m holding this town hall so people can share with me, face-to-face, what their concerns are.”

Since taking office in January of 2025, Assemblyman Sempolinski has hosted town hall meetings across the 148^th Assembly District. This will be the ninth town hall meeting that Assemblyman Sempolinski has hosted or co-hosted.

“I don’t work for anybody in Albany. I work for the people in the 148^th District. It’s my job to fight for common-sense legislation to improve their lives and ensure a brighter future for them and their families. That’s why it’s so important for me to meet with the folks I represent to make sure I am faithfully bringing their concerns to the halls of power in Albany,” Assemblyman Sempolinski said.
