Mikulin, Durso & Blumencranz Announce State Aid Allocated to Public Libraries for Renovation & Construction Projects in Home Districts

Assemblyman John Mikulin (R, C-Bethpage), Assemblyman Michael Durso (R, C-Massapequa Park) and Assemblyman Jake Blumencranz (R, C-Oyster Bay) announced $47,707 in construction aide was allocated to the Farmingdale Public Library and will be used to install PVC fencing set in cement to provide a safer perimeter barrier designed to stand against harsh weather.

“We are very proud to announce this funding has been allocated to the Farmingdale Public Library,” said Mikulin. “Our public libraries deserve our support. We are looking forward to seeing the renovation project completed.”

“Public libraries play a critical role in our communities,” said Durso. “These improvement projects will secure their future and ensure that residents of all ages have a quiet place to go to pick up a good book, sit back and explore the world around them.”
