Byrnes Welcomes Barclay as Minority Leader

I want to congratulate Assemblyman Will Barclay on being the next leader of the Minority Conference in the Assembly. I look forward to working with Leader Barclay on the much-needed reforms to Albany.
I will join Leader Barclay in the ongoing effort to rollback the devastating criminal justice laws that just took effect on January 1. It is also critical now more than ever that our conference continues to fight for less taxes and less regulations as businesses and residents leave our state in droves.
