Assemblyman Matt Simpson (R,C-Horicon) today welcomed the Lake George girls’ varsity volleyball team to the Assembly floor in Albany. The Lakers finished their season runner-up in the Class D state tournament, their best run since 2001 when they won the state championship.

“I am proud to recognize the Lake George girls’ volleyball team for their remarkable season and performance in the Class D state tournament. Their hard work and dedication set a standard for excellence on and off the court. The bonds and comradery built during their journey will last a lifetime,” said Simpson.
