Albany, NY – Assembly Members from across the state, joined by school officials and advocates, will rally in Albany to support full funding for full-day universal pre-k in the state budget on Tuesday, March 8 in the New York State Capitol Building, 3rd floor, outside Senate Chambers at 1:00 p.m.
