Valley Stream, NY – On Friday, August 2nd, Valley Stream community members joined Assemblywoman Michaelle C. Solages for her annual Summer Reading Hour event at the Henry Waldinger Memorial Library in Valley Stream. This year’s reading hour featured a special guest appearance from Bluey. Assemblywoman Solages read from Bluey: Butterflies and Bluey: Sleepytime before the children met Bluey herself! Assemblywoman Solages encouraged the children of our community to keep reading as part of their summer activities and to complete the New York State Assembly Summer Reading Challenge.
