Assemblyman Robert Smullen (R,C,I,SAM – Meco) recently toured the new Family Counseling Center in Gloversville, NY. The center focuses on providing quality services to families in need of assistance with social services and behavioral health. Since 1976, The Family Counseling Center has been committed to supporting our community and the families within it.
“Thank you to Executive Director Michael Countryman for the visit,” Smullen said. “The Center provides critical mental health programs through its behavioral clinic, children and family services, and domestic violence programs. It is important that we have programs like The Family Counseling Center to address the pressing mental health issues in America today. I was proud to visit the facility and support the tremendous work they do for our neighbors.”
