Leader Barclay to Host Annual Local Landscapes & Landmarks Visual Art Exhibit
Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay today announced he will host the fifth annual Local Landscapes and Landmarks visual art exhibit, where artists from the 120th Assembly District share their talent for capturing Central New York’s natural beauty and historic landmarks. Every year, the art exhibit plays a significant role in celebrating the unique talents and perspectives each artist has to offer while preserving and promoting local culture and history. The art display will be presented in partnership with the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce and CNY Community Arts Center. The partnerships with local art associations and the chamber make this event possible and create a dynamic venue for local artists.
“Each year, I look forward to seeing the exceptional display from local artists. Their work always captures the natural beauty of the 120th district. From stunning waterways to famous landmarks and vibrant parks, the creativity and vision each artist brings to the table is inspiring and is a true testament to their skill and dedication to their craft. I am looking forward to meeting the artists and I’m thrilled to once again partner with the Chamber of Commerce on a project that highlights the charm of our community and our local talent,” said Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay (R,C-Pulaski).
