"I am deeply disappointed that the International Joint Commission has adopted their Plan 2014 which will regulate water levels on Lake Ontario. This ill-conceived plan does nothing to protect land owners along the southern and eastern parts of Lake Ontario from damaging high lake levels that will inevitably occur as a result of the adoption of this plan. When earlier plans were proposed and then scrapped, there was hope that any future adopted plan would take into account the concerns of all stakeholders. Sadly, Plan 2014 fails to do this."
