The Medicare Rights Center will present information on changes to Medicare and EPIC for
2009. NYC’s Department for the Aging will discuss the Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption
(SCRIE), the program which allows senior rent-controlled and rent-stabilized tenants to file for relief from rent
increases. There will be opportunities to speak with representatives and make follow-up appointments.
