Wants Your Opinion

NYS Assembly Seal

Dear Friends:

Enclosed is my 2005 constituent survey. Your answers will help me mold and solidify my positions on these very important issues for New Yorkers and, specifically, those of us in the Finger Lakes and Central New York. Your opinion on these matters is important to me, so please take a few moments to fill out the survey and return it.

If you have any questions about this survey or any other state-related matter, please let me know by writing, calling or e-mailing.

Through the current Regents testing systems, our children are being taught to take tests and not learning lessons to help them later in life.

Crime
All nonviolent offenders should be required to submit DNA samples.

The five-year statute of limitations on rape should be eliminated in New York to help solve cases many years after the crimes occurred.
