The forum marked the first in a daylong series of Town Hall Meetings Kolb held across Onondaga and Cortland counties, both of which are part of the 129th Assembly District, which Kolb represents.

Kolb outlined highlights of his 2010 Legislative Agenda which includes the creation of more private sector jobs to get the over 800,000 New Yorkers who are out of work back to work; rebuilding the economy; providing real property tax relief and enacting non-partisan reforms including a "People’s Convention to Reform New York," so taxpayers can take back their state government.
