Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,I,C-Canandaigua) is pictured (left) presenting an Assembly Certificate of Merit to Geneva High School student Peter Henry (right). Henry recently participated in the 10th Annual League of Women Voters of New York State Students Inside Albany Conference.

Conference participants spent four days in Albany hearing from numerous speakers about topics such as lobbying, open government and the role of the media in public policy decisions. Additionally, the students toured the Capitol and spent an afternoon shadowing their Senators and Assembly Members.
