"Small businesses are a critically important part of our economy in New York. There are more than 600,000 businesses with fewer than 100 employees in our state. That's over 98% of all businesses in New York. These businesses employ over 54% of the state workforce," said Assemblyman Al Stirpe as he honors small businesses during Small Business Week (K360).
