Tuckahoe – Assemblywoman Amy Paulin (D-88) is pleased to announce that she will present 12 recipients with the “Tuckahoe Women of Distinction Award” during an April 17 awards reception, during which the women will be lauded for their extraordinary efforts to improve the community.

Susan Ciamarra, Fay Blasi, Alice White, Swadesh Pachnanda, Stephanie Rusnak, Nicole Pushkal, Janna Coneybeare, Karen Kelly, Clare Gorman, Patricia Morgan, Sheila Clarke and Camille DiSalvo will honored during the 4 p.m. awards reception, which will take place at the Tap House (16 Depot Square) in Tuckahoe.

County Legislator Sheila Marcotte and Tuckahoe Mayor Steve Ecklond will join Paulin this year in honoring these extraordinary women.

“These women have made such significant contributions to the Tuckahoe community, through government, humanitarian work and education,” Paulin said. “I am proud that they are my constituents and I look forward to honoring them.”

This marks the third year in which Paulin has honored women from her district. She honored the women of Bronxville last year and Pelham in 2014.
