July 11, 2018 – Assemblywoman Lupardo poses for a photo with Florence Grivas, a resident at the newly opened EJ Apartment in Binghamton. The former Endicott-Johnson medical clinic has 20 senior housing units. Mrs. Grivas was born in the same building she now lives in 89 years ago.
