In recognition of their cooperative efforts on behalf of seniors – locally and statewide – Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo (D-Endwell) and Senator Tom Libous (R-Binghamton) each received the “Partners in Quality” award from the New York Association of Homes and Services for the Aging’s (NYAHSA) on Thursday, October 7th. Michael Keenan, President and CEO of Good Shepherd Communities, and a member of the Board of Directors for NYAHSA, presented Lupardo and Libous with the awards at the one year anniversary celebration of Good Shepherd Village at Endwell. NYAHSA represents nursing homes, senior housing, adult care facilities, continuing care retirement communities, and assisted living and community service providers in New York.
