Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo (D-Endwell) will present the YWCA with a New York State Resolution honoring them for receiving the 2009 Residence of the Year from the Supportive Housing Network of New York.

This award is for organizations within the State of New York whose focus and intent have made a substantial impact on the quality of life in their communities.
