Binghamton, NY – Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo (D-Endwell) released the following statement today about the 3-way compromise on pension reform with Governor Cuomo, the state Senate and Assembly.

“The Assembly and Senate worked all night to achieve a compromise that both sides could live with. Some feel that it goes too far, while others feel it doesn’t go far enough,” said Lupardo, who voted in favor of it. “This compromise honors the governor’s commitment to pension reform and the public’s demand for action.”
