State Economic Development Funding Will Assist East End Economy
State Assemblyman Fred W. Thiele, Jr., (I, D, WF-Sag Harbor) today announced that the East End will benefit from the economic development grants recently announced by Governor Cuomo through the Regional Economic Development Councils.
Governor Cuomo announced more than $700 million in grants through the State’s 10 Regional Economic Councils. Long Island alone was awarded $62 million for 101 projects. Thiele stated that there are a number of projects that the 1st Assembly District will benefit from, including:
