It is in critical economic times like these, as families cut back and budget more, that we recognize the necessity for property tax relief. It is important that we develop a plan that will protect the families of New York state against overtaxation and alleviate the burden that has been placed upon them. I will support a comprehensive plan that will allow for the relief of middle-class families and make this issue a priority once and for all.
